These Terms of Service apply to the Glowwix WhatsApp AI automation service and the website glowwix.com. By starting a free trial, placing an order or using the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

Glowwix provides a hosted platform that connects to your WhatsApp number and uses AI to reply to your customers based on the business information you approve. Features and limits depend on your plan (Silver, Gold or Platinum), as shown on our website.

7-day free trial

New customers can request a 7-day free trial using the form on our website. Our team contacts you to set it up. Your 7-day free trial starts on the day your assistant is connected to your WhatsApp and goes live — the setup time does not count.

Plans, billing and payment

  • Silver: Rs 3,999 per month. Gold: Rs 7,999 per month. Platinum: Rs 14,999 per month.
  • You can choose a billing period of 1, 6 or 12 months. The full amount for the chosen period is paid in advance. 6-month plans include a 10% discount and 12-month plans include a 15% discount.
  • Available payment methods are shown at checkout (currently JazzCash, Easypaisa and bank transfer).
  • Your plan is activated once your payment is confirmed. Plans do not renew automatically; to continue, place a new order before your billing period ends.
  • Monthly AI credits, messages and contacts are limited according to your plan.

Promotional video ads

Each plan includes short promotional videos (up to 40 seconds each): 1 per month on Silver, 2 on Gold and 4 on Platinum. Videos are creative content only; paid advertising placement and ad budget are not included.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate business information and keep it up to date.
  • Use the service in line with WhatsApp’s terms and policies and applicable law.
  • Do not use the service to send spam or unlawful content.

AI limitations

AI replies are generated automatically and may sometimes be incomplete or incorrect. You remain responsible for your business information and for reviewing important conversations. Human handover is available so your team can take over at any time.

Cancellations and refunds

You can stop using the service at any time. Refunds follow our Refund Policy: 1-month plans are not refundable; 6-month and 12-month plans can be refunded within 7 days of the plan start date, minus a 25% deduction.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Glowwix is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost sales or profits, arising from the use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
