  • Free trial, demo and contact requests: your name, business name, email address, WhatsApp number, business type, city, business address and any message you send us.
  • Orders: billing details such as your name, email address, phone number and address, the plan and billing period you choose, and the payment method you select.
  • Business information for your assistant: services, prices, timings, FAQs and policies that you provide so we can set up your AI assistant.
  • WhatsApp conversations: when your WhatsApp number is connected to the service, messages between your business and your customers are processed so the assistant can reply, capture leads and hand chats to your team.
  • Website data: our website uses essential cookies needed for the shopping cart, checkout and site administration. We do not currently use third-party advertising or analytics trackers on this website.

Payments

Payments by JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank transfer are made directly to Glowwix accounts. We do not ask for or store your wallet PIN, card details or online banking passwords.

AI processing and service providers

Replies are generated using third-party AI model providers, and the service is hosted on servers operated by a hosting provider. We share only the information needed to provide the service.

How long we keep information

We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service, keep records of orders and payments, and meet our legal obligations.
