This Refund Policy explains when payments for Glowwix plans can be refunded.

7-day free trial

The 7-day free trial is free of charge, so there is nothing to refund. We recommend using the trial to make sure Glowwix fits your business before you buy a plan. Your 7-day free trial starts on the day your assistant is connected to your WhatsApp and goes live — the setup time does not count.

1-month plans

Because every customer can test Glowwix with a free trial first, payments for 1-month plans are not refundable.

6-month and 12-month plans

• You can request a refund within 7 days of your plan start date.
• Approved refunds are the amount you paid minus a 25% deduction.
• After 7 days from the plan start date, payments are not refundable.
• Your plan start date is the day your plan is activated after your payment is confirmed.
